Top tips for maximising use of your Membership
As an existing member of our Chamber, you may have either participated at one of our networking events, seen our publications or accessed our business support services. You might well have even benefited from the referrals we make on your behalf.
However, in order to maximise use of your membership, we also recommend the following steps:

I haven’t got the time to attend all your events.
Your membership belongs to your company as such you could nominate one of your colleagues to attend our events on your behalf.

I am only interested in meeting specific members or industry sectors.
Please let us know whom you would like to meet with, by returning your wish list form and we would keep you informed as to which event the following members are attending as well as facilitate a business introduction at the event.
Furthermore, we also organise industry-specific events, notably in the construction, employment, finance, retail and transport sectors. By targeting these types of events, you would meet with the fellow members you would like to network with.

My time is very precious.
Our Patron and Corporate members have access to dedicated Account Managers who would assist in your use of our Chamber services

Is there such a thing as free visibility in your publications?
All members benefit from free visibility in our members directory, called Franco-British Trade as well as our Member to Member Benefits Guide.
Furthermore, your press releases and latest corporate announcements are published for free on our members’ extranet news section.
Concerning INFO our bi-monthly magazine, members are encouraged to submit articles, in accordance with the themes being addressed, on a complimentary basis. Also, your business/market opinions are printed for free in the members’ views section of the magazine.

Do members really work with one another?
We encourage our members to work together by securing as many special incentives and discounts for the use of a fellow members’ service. These offers are promoted for free in our Annual Member to Member Benefits Guide, the Members Offer section of our extranet as well as at our Annual Member to Member Benefits Cocktail and Exhibition

How can I exploit the best opportunity to contact a fellow member?
By regularly referring to our Members’ news section of our extranet, you will be kept informed of your fellow members’ latest developments, which in turn could develop into a potential business opportunity for you.

How can I ensure that you are kept informed of my company’s developments with the minimum of fuss?
Simply add us to your direct marketing mailing lists and we will ensure that your business news is posted within the best medium.

I am interested in developing my professional network internationally.
By being a member of our Chamber, you automatically become a member of UCCIFE (Union des Chambres de Commerce et d’Industrie Françaises à l’Etranger) which gives free access to the 25,000 French Chamber member companies based around the world as well as business discounts when travelling and working in France.
