Patron Members Dinner at "The Balcon"

This unique evening, featuring a cocktail followed by a dinner, gave our Patron members a fantastic opportunity to discover the newly beautifully refurbished restaurant of Sofitel London St James, “The Balcon” (formerly known as Brasserie Roux). The menu was created by Head Chef Vincent Menager who previously worked under Albert Roux, Frédéric Anton (Le Pré Catelan, Paris), Alain Dutournier and Alain Ducasse.

Adding to the exclusivity of this event, we had the honour to be joined by Denis Hennequin as our Guest of Honour and speaker. Denis is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accor, the world’s leading hotel operator present in 90 countries with more than 4,200 hotels, 145,000 employees and a revenue of nearly €6 billion.
