About Christian Sinicropi


 

The Executive Chef has been officiating at the Martinez since 2001. Starting as Chef Tournant, Christian Willer (creator of Restaurant La Palme d’Or in 1985) very quickly appointed him Chef of the Palme d'Or Restaurant and began to prepare him for the delicate task of taking over his own position, as he eventually did at the end of 2007. Since this date, Christian Sinicropi is Executive Chef of the gourmet restaurant La Palme d'Or and all the other kitchens of Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez.
