Aims & objectives

This Forum is aimed specifically at senior leaders from different backgrounds who share a great passion and experience in cross cultural management issues and bi-cultural business environments.

Since its creation in May 2009, the Forum has been actively working as a ‘think tank’ of best practice towards its objectives:  promoting a better understanding of business culture in France and in the UK, and disseminating cross cultural know-how to Chamber members.

To help achieve goals, the Forum is organised around 3 core groups of committed individuals who meet regularly sharing valuable tips, anecdotes, do’s & don’ts , to ultimately produce practical tools to help businesses.

There is a lot to be expected from this ambitious Forum which is has recently published a booklet ‘Light at the end of the tunnel’ focussed on bridging the divide between French and British business practices.
