PUBLICATIONS

The next issue of INFO will focus on HR & Diversity

Making the most of your people in tough times

Managing your people well has never been more important in today’s tough economy. Both public and private sectors face new pressures. Public sector HR managers need to reduce numbers while maintaining motivation. A glut of job applicants faces the private sector as unemployment reaches record levels. Companies have to fine tune recruitment systems to get the best, while taking care of factors like encouraging diversity. Women, ethnic and social minorities and disabled people need to be encouraged and promoted. Top companies are also putting new emphasis on talent development, skills management and training to make the most of their human resource.

If you would like to contribute to this issue please contact us on +44 (0) 207 092 6648

Book an ad in the HR & Diversity issue!
Whether you are a company proud of its internal policy on diversity or CSR, or a company involved in the Human Resources/Recruitment/Coaching Business, you SHOULD NOT MISS the opportunity to advertise in the next INFO which will be published mid-March.
Do not hesitate to contact David Lislet on +44(0) 207 092 6651 to discuss advertising opportunities in the next HR issue.
