Nidhi is a qualified architect and has been working in the construction industry since 2004. She practiced architecture in India and later moved to the UK in 2008 to pursue a career in sustainable built environment. She has proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, influence change and engender trust. She joined the UK subsidiary of Bouygues Construction in 2013, a large international construction company where she currently works as Head of Sustainable Design and Construction. She leads an award winning team of in-house sustainability experts and is involved in promoting sustainability internally and externally, in business practices and projects. Nidhi is also involved with R&D projects relating to performance gap and climate change & adaptation within the company, and is an Advisory Board Member at EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Energy Demand, run jointly by University College of London (UCL) and Loughborough University since 2016.
