Stephanie leads the UK Talent Management Practice at Willis Towers Watson with over 20 years’ experience in HR consulting. Stephanie has extensive experience of designing, developing and implementing a wide range of people strategies, programmes and processes across all sectors in domestic, regional and global markets. 


As the foundation for all people programmes and processes, and in the new world of work, she has lead the design, development and launch of work architecture frameworks to clearly communicate what work is done, at what level, using what capabilities and skills, and leveraging which career experiences for a wide range of organisations to enable them to engage their talent more effectively.


Her particular passion is to enable emerging and established leaders to fulfil their potential and ambitions through feedback and coaching – particularly when it comes to helping them and their organisations think about the leadership capabilities needed for success in the future.
