Alexandre Holroyd is the member of National Assembly for the 3rd constituency of French residents abroad (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom). At the National Assembly he sits on the Finance and Budgetary Control Commission, which examines and amends annual budgets of the French Republic, and on the European Affairs commission, where he focuses on Eurozone and European financial issues. Alexandre is also the President of the Franco-British parliamentary friendship group at the National Assembly, the Secretary of the Assembly’s Brexit information mission and the coordinator of the Brexit sub-committee in the Finance Commission.
A member of Emmanuel Macron's La République En Marche (LREM) movement, Alexandre Holroyd was elected on the 18th June 2017. Prior to this, he worked for an international business consultancy in London and Brussels.
A Franco-British citizen, Alexandre grew up in London where he attended the French Lycée Charles de Gaulle before studying at King's College, LSE and Sciences Po.
