Didier joined ConsenSys in 2018 to contribute to the business development and delivery of Enterprise blockchain projects and platforms within ConsenSys Solutions (ConsenSys global consulting capability). He contributed to the selection of ConsenSys as main partner of komgo (Commodity Trade Finance platform backed by 10 banks and 5 energy companies) and co-lead the delivery of the platform in production as Lead Architect/Engineer in 2018 and as Project Lead in 2019. He also co-leads a Global Trade & Commodities vertical in ConsenSys and related business development efforts. Prior to ConsenSys, Didier had 17 years of front office experience in software development, analytics/quantitative R&D and structuring in the financial services industry (BNP Paribas and HSBC in Paris and London) across equities/equity derivatives and commodities trading and financing business lines. He was the key architect of complex trading, risk and valuation infrastructures and an experienced structurer at leading financial institutions until 2017. He then left Banking, founded and became the CTO of blockchain startup Trade Quorum focused on digitisting Trade Finance using Enterprise Ethereum technology and eventually joined ConsenSys.
He brings his expertise of Financial Services, Global Trade and Commodities and his technical and structuring/commercial background to build Blockchain Business Networks across those industries.
