The Resilience Institute was founded in 2002 in New Zealand by Dr Sven Hansen a sports medicine doctor. It works with small and large organisations to support human performance and accelerate organisational transformation by developing individual and collective resilience through practical, evidence-based and integrated training.
Thierry established the Resilience Institute’s practice in Singapore a decade ago and more recently in the UK following a fifteen-year career in the service industry in various roles in Europe and in Asia where his last assignment was Regional General Manager Greater China for a British listed organisation.
Thierry holds a master of science in management, he is a certified trainer & assessor (Singapore Workforce Development Agency), a certified trainer in Emotional Intelligence and in Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle body movements with awareness and breathing for energy and relaxation. His client assignments include training programs and consulting services for organisations like AXA, EY, Ford, Gilead Sciences, HSBC, PwC, and Shell. He is a passionate Taichi practitioner and an active runner.
