Richard Isham

Richard Isham is a partner and Head of the Employment Law Team at Wedlake Bell LLP. He specialises in all aspects of employment law for employers and regularly advises HR Business Partners on issues that arise during the "life cycle" of the employment relationship: recruitment, on boarding, contracts, policies, performance issues, sickness absence, maternity/paternity issues, all aspects of discrimination, gender pay gap reporting, disciplinary processes, procedures and investigations. He also advises on the contentious aspects of the employment relationship: subject access requests, data breaches, whistleblowing, Modern Slavery Act, UK Bribery Act, disputes and dispute resolution.
