Susan Gregory

Susan has around 30 years of experience in a senior capacity in international HR, predominantly through in house roles. She is pragmatic and business oriented and has worked in a number of industries.  She is well versed in the design and implementation of policies, processes and administration of expatriates, together with the compensation and benefits aspects – such as international medical plans and other international benefits, performance management, grading structures and incentive plans etc. She has been an assignee, is a well-known speaker on international HR issues and has had several articles published.
