The Recruitment Department of the French Chamber of Great Britain is acting as an agency for its over 530-member companies, one of which is currently recruiting a Sales & Business Support Assistant.

Our Client

Our client is the European leader of professional translations for a large range of international companies.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the Managing Director:

  • Coordinating the answers to tenders and questionnaires with several teams (IT, Legal, Pre-Sales)
  • Liaising with our internal lawyer for the approval of our clients’ non-disclosure agreements
  • Office management (administrative tasks, mailing, stationery, expenses, organising our stand for events)

Assisting the sales team:

  • Preparing the sales proposals (word count, quote on the CRM, assessment of the feasibility of the project)
  • Liaising with the production team and the client on some occasions about the sales’ projects
  • Liaising with our notary (booking & attending meetings)
  • Handling the projects for Individuals from A to Z
  • Updating the CRM


  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual French / English
  • Strong team player with a start-up mind-set
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible, multitask with strong attention to details

Location: Central London
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Bonus upon achievement
Type of contract: Permanent, Full-time
Start date: ASAP
