The Recruitment Department of the French Chamber of Great Britain is acting as an agency for its over 530-member companies, one of which is currently recruiting a Sales Team Manager.

Our Client

Our client is a company specialised in producing a wide range of desserts including pastries and sorbets. Its aim is to provide all these productions to professionals such as restaurants or pastry chefs while developing this network of associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team for London Area
  • Implement the commercial strategic plan
  • Be in charge of prospections UK market
  • Follow group commercial procedures on pricing, payment terms, reporting and administration
  • Work and communicate cross functionally with Logistics, Manufacturing, Technical, Product Development and Finance colleagues
  • Review desserts offer & new product development
  • Follow each sales representative every week in the field
  • Develop and grow sales on UK independents market
  • Define a strategic plan for UK independents market
  • Develop customers creation rate
  • Deliver & reach sales and profit targets for independents in London
  • Spend one-week training at company’s factories in France and the UK (part of the induction)

Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience gained in food industry
  • Strong motivation and strong organizational skills
  • Living in London is essential
  • Passion and interests for Food
  • Fluent in French would be preferable
  • Dynamic and able to motivate a team
  • Good management skills

Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000- £48,000 per annum
Type of contract: Permanent
Start date: ASAP
