The recruitment department of the French Chamber is acting as a recruitment agency for its over 530 member companies, one of which is currently looking for an Admin & Finance Assistant

Our Client

Our client is the world leader in designing and building major civil engineering structures.

Key Responsibilities

As an Admin & Finance Assistant, you will directly report to the Administrative & Finance Manager. 

  • Staff administration
  • Manage fleet cars administration and fuel cards
  • Assist with any other duties
  • Fill the purchase invoices, staff expenses & credit card statements
  • Check and process staff expenses
  • Scan & fill the documents, log & archive files
  • Follow up the project payment authorisation
  • Ensure all invoices and expenses are authorised and coded correctly, including staff expenses
  • Input data into Sage & other accounting software’s
  • Expat Tax returns


  • At least 1/2 years of experience in office and finance administration
  • Fluent English and French
  • Strong attention to details
  • Autonomous, time management skills
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Pack Office (especially Excel)
  • Organisation skills, ability to multitask
  • Strong record-keeping skills
  • Mathematical & analytical skills
  • Respect data privacy rules
  • Problem-solving skills

Location: West London
Salary: £22,000
Type of contract: Permanent, Full-time
