The recruitment department of the French Chamber is acting as a recruitment agency for its over 530-member companies, one of which is currently looking for a Maximo Administrator.

Our Client

Our client is a company that operates in urban transport in several countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Maximo System administration and configuration modules, workflow development and administration for the Company assets
  • Ensure that safety, quality and performance targets are achieved to position the Company as a world-class operator
  • Coordinate and train Maximo System users
  • Manage the asset portfolio within the financial controls and limits set by Head of Standards & Methods
  • Serve as the primary contact for Maximo system users and IT support
  • Assist in adding, modifying and granting access to Maximo system
  • Support and lead Maximo system upgrade project
  • Identify and communicate (provide training) Maximo system modification and upgrade to all Maximo users
  • Archive and restore data in order to support and maintain Maximo system reports
  • Monitor and perform the regular audit to Maximo system performance: troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • At least 2 years of proven experience fully using Maximo or 4 years of experience partially using Maximo
  • Educated to Master’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering
  • Experience in asset management
  • Fluent in French is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Negotiation and decision-making skills

Location: West London
Salary: £37,000
Type of contract: Permanent, Full-time
