The Recruitment Department of the French Chamber is acting as a recruitment agency for its over 530 member companies, one of which is currently looking for an Office and Sales Administrator.

Our Client

Our client is an internationally presented luxury cosmetics brand.

Key Responsibilities

As an Office and Sales Administrator, you will directly report to the Managing Director. You will be working in London's centrally located office. 

Sales Administration:

  • Being the main point of contact for any logistic & invoicing matters
  • Keying in orders for retailers
  • Following order dispatching & solving any issues
  • Managing the stock in coordination with the warehouse (leftovers, overstock items, expiry stock management)
  • Handling data
  • Following up on monthly stock order
  • Coordinating on code creation with head office & setting up in the system
  • Providing instructions for local promotions
  • Reporting weekly and monthly
  • Arranging yearly inventory with warehouse
  • Being responsible for yearly wholesale pricing and dispatching to retailers
  • Following invoicing & payment recovery with retailers
  • Coordinating with sales, marketing & account team Office

Administration:

  • Being the main contact to the Business centre office company
  • Organising any office maintenance
  • Ordering stationery, office equipment products and furniture
  • Handling IT maintenance company
  • Being in charge of any car lease, all insurances, phone contracts and bills
  • Booking any team events
  • Taking part of any administrative matters
  • Being responsible for monthly analytic coding all logistic and office invoices

Profile

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Rigorous, accurate, attention to detail, executing flawlessly and the ability to multi task a must
  • Proficiency with numbers
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong team player, and able to work in a small team
  • Dynamic, organise, very operational person
  • Quick learner, adaptable, flexible and reliable
  • Good at problem-solving
  • Able to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Location: Central London
Salary: £26,000
Type of contract: Permanent, Full-time
