The recruitment department of the French Chamber is acting as a recruitment agency for its over 530 member companies, one of which is currently looking for a Project Management Officer.

Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing innovative food retail company which is changing the future of healthy and high-quality Asian food.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to coordinate projects across the organization and give guidance and support to make sure that projects are run in a repeatable, standardized way. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.

General:

  • Plan project (tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, timelines…)
  • Conduct team meetings to provide updates, identify issues and solutions
  • Adapt plans according to needs, conditions or issues
  • Deliver high quality projects according to the stated goals
  • Create schedules based on goals, resources, risks, time and budget constraints
  • Identify issues across departments and resolve them
  • Ensure that projects are in line with the Company Strategic Plan • Develop and communicate clear deliverables or activities
  • Create KPIs in accordance with each project and company targets

Facilitate project planning:

  • Prioritise tasks
  • Set deadlines
  • Assign staff to deliverables of each project

Analyse financial information:

  • Analyse financial data as part of the project
  • Manage a good distribution and allocation of resources
  • Implement budgets
  • Quantify monetary risk and impact
  • Provide budget outlines and financial reports to executive, such as the Chief Financial Officer

Modify Processes:

  • Make sure all processes are carried out in the most efficient and effective manner
  • Improve new and pre-existing processes
  • Evaluate whether each project is meeting the standards
  • Solve problem with other Managers and staff

Ensure Documentation:

  • Complete documents on each step of the projects’ creation, development and execution
  • Review and help writing documents relating to project’s scope, budget resources and justification

Profile

  • Have Agile approach
  • Experienced in project and change management and with high level of organization
  • At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in a flexible and growing environment is required
  • Ability to focus on details and technicalities while simultaneously retaining a comprehensive vision of the big picture
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Have great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle several different projects and responsibilities with ease and composure
  • Sound leadership skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication and financial acumen
  • Fluent in English, any other language skills are advantageous
