Amolak Dhariwal has been with Sodexo just over 25 years in various finance transformation and leadership roles both at Regional and Global Level – some would describe him Renaissance Man with a varying degree of skills sets inside and outside of work. His roles outside of Sodexo span from working Engineering Sector, Clothing Fashion Retail and Manufacturing and then also the Watch and Clock industry where he spent time in Hong Kong and China. 

Within Sodexo his roles in finance encompassed Segment finance, sales, marketing and commercial, with more recently Service Operations Finance in the UK&I, and then also UK&I Shared Service Centre leading the transformation to the SoOne program with UK&I being the first country to move to Porto. He has headed up Global Supply Management as initial phases of their transformation, then into Global Service Operations and Data, Digital & Innovation Finance.
