Charlotte Ameglio BrionHead of Real Estate, Hermès International
Formerly a lawyer with a focus on real estate law, Charlotte Ameglio Brion joined Hermès' Legal Department in 2004. She moved to the Real Estate Department in 2010 as Deputy Director, eventually assuming the role of Director in 2016. Upon taking up her position in 2016, Charlotte set herself three key priorities:
1. Placing sustainable development at the heart of all the group’s real estate projects by developing Hermès’ own sustainable construction standard, Harmonie. This enables the environmental performance of projects to be assessed at the highest level, and it is now certified.
2. Drawing inspiration from the precision of the house’s craftsmanship, she aimed to align all real estate projects with the same level of aesthetic and uniqueness.
3. Experimenting with her vision of real estate that inspires dreams, creates value, and has meaning.
Voted Real Estate Director of the Year in 2023, Charlotte is recognised for the quality of Hermès’ real estate projects, her team's performance, and her exemplary approach to the profession.
She carries out her role as Head of Real Estate with great passion and enthusiasm, striving to live up to Hermès' high standards, which push her to excel through increasingly demanding achievements.
As Head of Real Estate, Charlotte is at the crossroads of major changes taking place within the company : environmental (energy transition, low-carbon construction, biodiversity protection), as well as social (new working environments and the well-being of Hermès' employees).
