Christian Howieson is a senior manager within Sia's business and digital transformation practice in EMEA, where he leads and supports complex operating model, organisational design, and transformation engagements. He brings over fifteen years of consulting experience across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. His work focuses on helping organisations move from strategy to execution through clear operating models, decision rights, governance, and function design.

Christian is particularly focused on how data, automation, and generative AI are reshaping work, roles, and organisational structures, and how leaders can respond in a pragmatic and human-centred way. He has worked extensively with government bodies and global organisations across financial services, insurance, life sciences, legal services, and media.
