Christopher Sanderson is Chief Creative Officer of The Future Laboratory which he cofounded in 2000. It is recognised as the leading global trends and consumer futures intelligence consultancy that uses trend forecasting, consumer insight, foresight, brand strategy and innovation to help inspire and future proof organisations.
Chris is responsible for The Future Laboratory’s extensive roster of conferences, media events and in-house briefings and has delivered insight and intelligence to many of the most influential companies around the globe, including Chanel, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Condé Nast, General Motors, Selfridges, Google and SONY.
Before co-founding The Future Laboratory in 2001, he was UK communications director for Quiksilver, contributing Style Editor at Esquire and a lecturer in visual communication at the University of the Arts in London. He has also served on the advisory panel for the British Council’s Creative Industries Unit, the British Fashion Council’s Superboard and he was the presenter of Channel Four’s trends and technology show, Future Family.
