Emma is the Managing Director at OVHcloud, Europe's leading cloud provider, where she is cluster lead for Northern Europe, Southern Europe and the Americas. She holds full P&L ownership across enterprise, mid-market and digital-native segments, leading sales, marketing, data centre operations, and commercial functions across eight countries and two continents, with a remit that has expanded twice since 2022 — first to Southern Europe, then to the Americas.

She has more than 20 years' experience building and scaling revenue in cloud, digital infrastructure, and telecommunications, with a consistent record of double-digit growth alongside improved margin quality. Her work centres on designing complete revenue engines — aligning go-to-market strategy, pricing, demand generation, sales execution and retention into a single system — and on the commercial economics of AI and cloud infrastructure, from consumption-based pricing to capacity monetisation and demand shaping.

Prior to OVHcloud, Emma spent time at BT and EE, where she owned the group's largest and most complex mobile network operator partnership through the O2–Virgin Media joint venture, and led BT's global mobility business serving multinational clients in more than 180 countries.

Emma is an Advisory Council member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain, advising on growth strategy, AI adoption, and European technology sovereignty.
