Gaby leads Willis Towers Watson’s Employee Experience line of business across Europe. As a Managing Director with Willis Towers Watson, she has over 20 years’ experience in supporting major merger integration, business transformation and employee experience projects on a pan-European and global basis.  She specialises in organisation effectiveness, culture transformation change management, communications, leadership development and broader talent management issues to help organisations successfully implement and embed change and drive their desired employee experience.

 Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in February 2000, Gaby worked in Paris as a consultant with an independent Marketing and PR consultancy
