Hélène Duchêne is Former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS), (where she obtained a Master’s degree in Modern Literature), a Graduate of the Institute of Political Science and also a Former student of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA, “Liberté-Egalité-Fraternité” Year, 1989).
Hélène is also a Chevalier in the Ordre national de la Légion d’Honneur and a Chevalier in the Ordre national du Mérite.
