Ian Milton is a Senior Director in Willis Tower Watson’s Rewards line of business. Based in the UK, Ian specialises in working with clients on the development of job levelling solutions that are aligned with their business and people priorities.
Ian has also worked at PWC, Aon Hewitt and Hay Group, providing advice to clients on best practice on the use of market data, incentive design, reward strategy and custom survey solutions to clients across a broad range of industries. Ian has worked in an in-house capacity with several organisations in Financial Services
Ian is a certified Global Remuneration Professional and holds a masters in Sociology from University College Dublin
For over 20 years, Ian has dealt with client relationships at all levels, acting to provide advice and suggestions on sustainable practices in the management of reward and benefits at the UK, European and Global level. Ian has advised on reward strategies, incentive design, pay equity and organisation design.
Ian also currently leads the GB&I sales and marketing efforts for the Work & Reward space at WTW
Ian has worked with organisations in many sectors and his recent clients include HSBC, Vodafone, Mars, BT, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Burberry, Sage and Channel 4.
