Rebecca GillCEO, Rosa

Rebecca is a passionate feminist and has over 25 years’ experience working to improve the rights of women and girls in the UK. Rebecca has been CEO of Rosa since March 2020 and is proud to lead the UK’s only grant-maker dedicated to funding and sustaining the women and girls sector.

Prior to Rosa, Rebecca worked in a variety of organisations including Young Women’s Trust, the TUC, the Fawcett Society, the Government Equalities Office, and the London Development Agency.
