Our members are invited to an exclusive morning meeting with Lord Allen of Kensington CBE as the next session of our ‘In Conversation With’ series.

Introducing our In Conversation With event series, a new format designed to allow members to engage directly with senior leaders from a variety of sectors and organisations of different sizes.

Lord Allen is a distinguished British businessman, broadcaster and chairman, with a career spanning media, hospitality, construction, retail and finance. He is best known for his leadership at Granada and ITV, where he helped shape modern UK broadcasting, and at EMI Music, steering the company through a changing global market.

He has also chaired organisations such as Balfour Beatty and Global Radio, and today serves as Advisory Chairman at Moelis & Company, a leading international investment bank. A Labour life peer since 2013, Lord Allen contributes actively in the House of Lords on economic and business matters.

In this session, he will reflect on his career and share lessons from leading some of the UK’s most iconic companies within varied industries, with a focus on strategy, leadership, and talent management.
