On the 29th April, the French Chamber organised a People & Talent Club with a focus on Retention Strategies, at Browne Jacobson LLP.
On 29th April, the French Chamber’s People & Talent Club welcomed senior HR leaders and talent professionals to an engaging session dedicated to one of today’s most pressing business challenges: retaining and engaging top talent in a rapidly evolving workplace. Alexis Despres, LTI Plan Management, Relationship Manager from Banque Transatlantique and Andrew Noble, Partner at Browne Jacobson LLP, brought together members for an insightful evening of discussion, networking, and best-practice sharing. The session was beautifully moderated by Melanie Stancliffe, Employment Partner at Freeths.
During the event, attendees had the opportunity to connect with fellow People & Talent Club members while exploring innovative strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees in an increasingly competitive and changing world.
