On 3rd June, Members were invited to attend a People & Workplace Series session focusing on Diversity in the Workplace.
This People & Workplace Series session welcomed speaker Simon Fanshawe OBE, who discussed the topic of diversity in the workplace. Speaking with enthusiasm and charisma, and sharing anecdotes from his years working within this sector, Simon Fanshawe OBE shared his view on why diversity in the workplace is of importance, and how true inclusion goes beyond representation to transform team dynamics, foster innovation, and drive better decision-making.
