Christin Owings is a Managing Director & Partner and Office Lead in the London office of The Boston Consulting Group. She is a Core member of the People & Organization practice. Christin focuses on supporting clients through the organisational and human aspects of large-scale change. She has deep experience in target operating model re-design, organisational design and implementation. She has a particular interest and passion for making change happen and stick She brings deep expertise in culture and human-centric change management helping clients flip the odds of success in large scale change.

​Christin holds a MSc degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and was a Fulbright scholar at Cornell University. Prior to joining BCG Christin was an Associate Partner at Eden McCallum in London and an Associate Principal with McKinsey in their Copenhagen office.
