Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming every sector, and HR is no exception. Our next HR Club session will explore how AI is reshaping recruitment, with a focus on both opportunities and challenges for HR leaders.

Christin Owings, Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) UK, will provide a strategic overview of AI’s impact on recruitment. She will highlight adoption trends, key benefits such as efficiency and enhanced candidate experience, and the critical importance of governance and ethical safeguards, including bias mitigation and human oversight.

Anaïs Ghelfi, Data Platform Director at Malt, will bring a practical perspective, sharing real use cases from their platform. She will illustrate how AI supports talent matching, candidate engagement, and onboarding, as well as the lessons learned from measuring impact and operational performance.
