Sheena has spent the majority of her career as a civil servant; holding a wide range of posts within the Home Office, including operational, private office, policy and stakeholder focussed roles. Sheena joined the Migration Advisory Committee in August 2019, as the Head of Policy, Comms and Stakeholder Engagement.
