CFO Lunch with Rob Elder, Bank of England Agent

Introducing our CFO Lunch series, a new format designed to allow members to engage directly with senior leaders from a variety of sectors and organisations of different sizes.

We are delighted to invite you to an exclusive CFO Lunch sponsored by Ryuken Capital and featuring Rob Elder, Bank of England Agent, for an insightful discussion on the current economic landscape.

Rob is the Bank’s Agent for London, gathering intelligence from the London business community and feeding these insights into the Bank’s decisions on interest rates. He will open the session with an introductory address, offering his expert perspective on the economic environment and the factors shaping business decisions today, including a brief overview of how the Middle East conflict may affect the UK economy.

Following his remarks, our moderator Fanta Diawara, Chief Finance Officer, UK, Ireland, Canada, South Africa, CHANEL, will facilitate an interactive roundtable discussion. This will create an informal yet strategic forum for attendees to exchange views and share real-time experiences. Rob will be particularly keen to hear from participants on whether they are seeing any impact on demand for their goods or services, changes in the cost or availability of supplies, and how these factors may be influencing the prices they charge customers.

This intimate gathering is designed specifically for CFOs and senior finance executives seeking to deepen their understanding of macroeconomic trends while building valuable peer connections. From monetary policy implications to operational resilience and strategic planning, the discussion will provide actionable insights relevant to your role.

Places are limited to ensure quality discussion.
