Thierry Garnier is CEO of Kingfisher, a non-executive director of Tesco and a member of its remuneration committee.
Thierry was a member of the Carrefour Group Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer of Carrefour Asia. He became Carrefour's International Operations Director, with a remit including Asia, Latin America and various European countries.
A French national, also fluent in Mandarin, he has been awarded the Chevalier de l’Ordre national de la Légion d’Honneur (France) and recently received the Magnolia Gold Award, one of the highest recognitions given to foreigners in China.
