Sodexo has made a significant positive impact in the community through its Starting Fresh programme  which was launched to support individuals with convictions into employment while sharing valuable guidance with other employers based on its own experiences.

In its first year, Starting Fresh enabled Sodexo's prison employment leads to successfully place 700 prison leavers into sustainable roles with various organisations, helping to create pathways to long-term stability and reintegration into society.
