Julia Prescot CBECo-Founder at Meridiam, Deputy Chair at National Infrastructure Commission

Julia Prescot CBE is the Deputy Chair of the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA) and Co-Founder of global infrastructure fund manager Meridiam. She has extensive experience working with both the private and public sectors over many years, specialising in infrastructure and investment across national and international contexts.
In addition, Julia holds several leadership roles, including Deputy Chair of the Port of Tyne, Chair of the IPFA (a trade association), and Non-Executive Director at Wilton Park. She continues to lead a number of Meridiam companies – serving as Chair of Neuconnect Limited (the UK-Germany interconnector company), Chair of Fulcrum Infrastructure Group, a health premises investor, and Non-Executive Director at Allego NV, an electric vehicle charging company. She also serves as a member of the Investment Committee of the Swedish fund, P Capital Partners.
Julia has held a broad portfolio of national and international non-executive director roles. She is an Honorary Professor at the Bartlett School, University College London (UCL Bartlett), and has recently been awarded an Honorary Fellowship by UCL for her work.
