Sam's experience is in environmental consulting, ESG reporting, impact investment, renewable energy and energy transition from his time as a Partner at ERM : Environmental Resources Management Limited, AECOM and as Executive Director at Clean Invest Africa PLC.

Sam is an experienced company director and environmental professional with over 25 years experience managing companies, delivering projects and advising some of the world's largest companies on environmental, social and governance and sustainability issues.

Sam has experience with IPOs, fundraising and investment related transactions and ESG, impact and sustainability measurement and reporting.
