Steve Ingham CBE is a business leader who has played a significant role organically growing a business from 200 to 9500 people, including a range of international expansion. He was CEO for 17 years, which is quite a feat when the average in the FTSE 200 is 3 ½ years!
During his last 4 years as CEO, he was the only CEO that declared a disability, visible or invisible and he retired at the top, after a record year in 2022.
He is a passionate advocate for the inclusion of disabled people and has chosen to exclusively accept unpaid work to support those with a disability.
