You will explore how leaders can react to the crisis from different angles & reflect on key aspects while leading a team remotely

The French Chamber is delighted to bring you a series of workshops, where we explore how leaders can react to the crisis from different angles. We are delighted to announce that our next workshop will be with Patrick DELAMAIRE, Adjunct Professor at HEC PARIS.

This workshop is aimed at leaders, managers and coordinators of remote teams. The main objective is to enable you to reflect on some of the key aspects of leadership in your specific context of remote management. This highly interactive webinar features exercises that require the active contribution of all the participants.

Patrick Delamaire is adjunct professor at HEC Paris, in executive education programs and at the "grande école". He is academic director of several HEC programs in Europe and Asia, is executive coach - in international and multicultural environments - and co-developed the Global Executive Coaching program at HEC. He is also associate professor at Polytech Paris-Saclay where he coordinates the pedagogy of several courses. His fields of expertise are leadership, especially in geographically dispersed teams, coaching, change, and communication.

In 2015, Patrick received from the HEC Foundation Awards the Bruno Roux de Bézieux Prize for Pedagogical Initiative, with the “Plein Sens Academy”. In 2019, he was involved (as co-author) in the drafting of 2 white books at HEC Paris. He graduated from the HEC Paris MBA, as an engineer from Polytech Paris-Saclay, and from the HEC Paris School of Coaching.
