For the second session of the year, the HR Club unveiled key strategies to help middle managers

Organisations are increasingly looking to become more human-centred, but most need help to define what this looks like and what it means for their people. The key lies in mindset. Increasingly, the role of modern leaders is to help shift the mindsets of everyone in the organisation, which puts additional pressure on middle management.
