Patron & Corporate: Breakfast meeting with Gareth Davies
On Tuesday 17th June, our Patron and Corporate members were invited to participate in a roundtable breakfast meeting with Gareth Davies.
Gareth Davies, Permanent Secretary of the Department for Business and Trade, hosted a roundtable with select Patron and Corporate members.
The attendees discussed UK investment focused on infrastructure, key sectors, and skills to boost business confidence and growth, while trade strategy addressed risks from US protectionism and China’s response. The UK-France Summit was discussed, highlighting the interest in strengthening collaboration in trade, security, energy, and innovation.
