Women's Business Circle dinner with Baroness Jo Valentine
On 19th October, female executives from our Patron and Corporate members were invited to attend a Women’s Business Circle dinner.
Guest of honour at the event was Baroness Jo Valentine, Director of Place at Business in the Community. The Baroness shared some of the most striking moments of her career with the group and explained how she became a Crossbench member of the House of Lords. She touched upon how business and government can work together as part of the Levelling Up agenda, to dynamize areas that have been left behind. The dinner was hosted by Reed Smith at their London offices.
