As ex-Chair of Bouygues UK, Fabienne led both the contracting and property development businesses which deliver award-winning projects in a wide range of sectors which include healthcare, research, education, as well as residential and regeneration. In Fabienne’s role as Country Manager for Bouygues Construction, she was responsible for maximising collaboration between Bouygues Construction’s businesses in the UK, namely: Bouygues UK, Linkcity, VSL and Bouygues Travaux Publics. Fabienne is a firm believer in the considerable assets that people bring to a company and the power of collaborative working. During her time in the UK, she led a corporate plan to bring UK subsidiaries together to improve differentiation, synergies, and drive value through a collaborative and inclusive culture. She was also heavily involved in transforming the businesses to improve areas such as ESG, Health & Safety and Wellbeing as well as digital transformation and has set a UK strategy and ambitious targets for climate change, social value, and EDI, Before coming to the UK, Fabienne worked in France and led complex Design & Build, PPP and Concession projects before serving as CEO of Energy, FM and IT businesses in France. A passionate advocate of diversity and inclusiveness, Fabienne was responsible for setting up and launching the first women’s network within the construction industry in France, which has now become a big international network. Fabienne is also a Member of the International Advisory Board of Durham Business School and Board Member for Build UK. Fabienne is a civil engineer with dual British - French nationality.
