Adam LeeWork Services – Operations Lead | Visa, Status and Information Services Customer Services Group | UK Visas and Immigration, Home Office

Adam is currently the Assistant Director within Work Services at the Home Office where he currently has responsibility for operational delivery for all applications under the work routes within UKVI, encompassing all sponsored and non-sponsored migrant casework alongside sponsor operations within this service line. He has worked within the Home Office for over 15 years in a number of differing operational roles. These have included management roles across multiple operational casework teams, oversight and responsibility of the digital interviewing network overseas and acting as the operational lead for Points Based System routes throughout the onshoring process which saw UKVI move to a digital assessment model whereby decision making centres were all based within the UK.
