Throughout a 30-year career spanning business, government, and the social impact world, Shevaun Haviland has been driven by a core belief that business is a powerful force for good. She believes deeply in can-do, solution-oriented entrepreneurship and in the power of partnership to deliver meaningful change.

Growing up in Port Sunlight—an early model of business-led community building—shaped her vision of leadership that champions profit with purpose. Over the course of her career, she has run an agency, worked with global organisations such as Disney and WPP, advised government from inside No.10, and now leads the British Chambers of Commerce as Director General.

In 2025, Shevaun was awarded a CBE in the King’s Birthday Honours for services to business—recognition that reflects not only her own contribution, but also the extraordinary partnerships and people she has had the privilege to work alongside.
