EDHEC Business School's leading research will help you better understand the expectations from the Millennials and Generation Z in the workplace.

Over the past decade the Millennials and Generation Z have been reshaping the workplace. From wanting to be more heard to expecting social change and more accountability on sustainability, they have transformed the employer-employee relationships. As an employer, how can you adapt to their needs? What expectations do you also have and how can you align them with those of the new generations?

Hosted by EDHEC Business School whose research on the new generations is at the forefront, this session will help you better understand the expectations from the Millennials and Generation Z in the workplace and adapt your engagement strategies to retain your new talent and make your business thrive.

We will have the honour of welcoming Serge Da Motta Veiga, Professor of Human Resource Management at EDHEC Business School, who will share his latest findings with you on how to engage the new generations.

You will also hear practical initiatives – Work with heart, 100% remote, Free Form Friday – set up at General Mills, which will be represented by:

  • Adrien Suquet (EDHEC 2016), EUAU HR Business Partner, Marketing, HD BDT & Shops, Finance, General Mills
