HR Club: Empowering Leaders of Tomorrow
On Wednesday 18th June we hosted a HR Club session in partnership with EDHEC Business School.
We were thrilled to hear from Inge de Clippeleer, Associate Professor & Head of Faculty Management and Humanities at EDHEC Business School, and Aneta Jajkowska, Senior Director, People & Organisational Partner, EuroNorth at Dassault Systèmes.
The speakers explored both theoretical concepts and practical strategies for creating work environments that empower employees to thrive, develop, and take ownership of their roles and career growth. Attendees learnt that data shows that relational factors such as psychological safety, conflict resolution, sub-teams, and the age of the team, are the most important 'prerequisites' to successfully engage in proactive team behaviours
