HR Club: Empowering Leaders of Tomorrow

On Wednesday 18th June we hosted a HR Club session in partnership with EDHEC Business School.

We were thrilled to hear from Inge de Clippeleer, Associate Professor, Head of Faculty - Management & Humanities at EDHEC Business School, and Aneta Jajkowska, Senior Director, People & Organisational Partner, EuroNorth, at Dassault Systèmes.

The speakers explored a range of theoretical concepts and practical strategies aimed at cultivating work environments where employees feel empowered to thrive both personally and professionally. They discussed the psychological and organisational foundations of employee engagement and actionable approaches to creating a culture of ownership and growth, including transparent communication, goal alignment, mentorship programs, and regular feedback loops. They emphasised the need for leaders to foster trust and psychological safety, allowing team members to take risks, share ideas, and learn from failures without fear of judgment.

A special thanks to our co-chairs, Melanie Stancliffe and Pia Dekkers.

Thank you to our speakers and attendees for engaging in the insightful Q&A session, and to our host and partner of this session, EDHEC Business School.
