As wage inflation and the rise in the cost of living add extra pressure in the time of ‘The Great Resignation’, companies need to intensify their efforts to attract and retain talents. In this session, we will discuss how organisations are adapting wages and benefits in response to this context, and we will explore the latest trends regarding benefits. Our Club members will be invited to share insights and best practice on how they are approaching this problem with their own organisations.

Neil Carberry, Chief Executive of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Gaby Joyner, Head of Employee Experience and Ian Milton, Rewards Senior Director and GB&I Sales & Marketing Lead at WTW, will share insights on the topic.

The session will be chaired by Pia Dekkers (HR Director, Chanel UK), Melanie Stancliffe (Employment Partner, Cripps Pemberton Greenish), Jean-Luc Midena (CFO, Bouygues UK & Bouygues Energies & Services UK), and Roland Moquet (CFO, AXA UK & Ireland).

The HR Club and CFO Club are open exclusively to our Patron and Corporate members. Join our HR Club and CFO Club to become part of exclusive networks of experts offering a dedicated forum to learn, share experiences and exchange best-practice ideas. Email Lauriane Veron for more information.
