How to lead with presence despite being in a virtual world and how to deal with the impact of trauma on your colleagues & partners?

The French Chamber is delighted to bring you a series of workshops organised with experienced executive coaches, where we explore how leaders can react to the crisis from different angles.

This first workshop is aimed at re-energising leaders to be at their best during challenging times, including how to lead with presence despite being in a virtual world and how to deal with the impact of trauma on your colleagues, partners, and others.

Anne Roques and Penny Shapland-Chew, both highly experienced executive coaches, will draw upon their own experiences and share models for handling trauma which they use in their coaching practice. This is a participative workshop, where you will be invited to share your own experience and to ask questions.

This workshop will cover:

  • Creating awareness of the gap between where you are today and being ‘your best’
  • Identifying immediate personalised strategies to remain resourceful as a leader
  • Leading with presence in a virtual world – and in the ‘real’ world
  • Equipping yourself to deal with the impact of trauma on others
  • Enabling your teams to be as productive as possible
  • Exploring leadership dynamics to enable team effectiveness

All our workshops are open to all members. You will find this workshop especially helpful if:

  • You are a team leader or manager;
  • You are noticing your own uneasiness as the lockdown continues and looking to learn about and find a way to support yourself

Please note that this workshop is limited to 30 participants. Places will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
